Manglam Agarwal has recently been appointed as President, bringing with him a strong foundation in finance, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Jiwaji University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA)—a credential that reflects his dedication to high standards in financial management and strategic decision-making.
 
With over 4 years of professional experience, including close to 3 years in Financial Due Diligence, Manglam has developed a sharp analytical mindset and a keen eye for evaluating business performance, risk, and value. His work has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex financial environments and support data-driven decision-making. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Manglam is also the co-author of a published book, underscoring his interest in knowledge-sharing and thought leadership.

RAGHAV GARG

Raghav Garg brings a robust foundation in data analysis and effective communication to his role as Director of the IMA Delhi Chapter. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University, Raghav is also advancing his qualifications with the CA Intermediate and CMA USA certifications. With a skill set that includes accounting, finance, data analysis, and strategic management, Raghav is dedicated to driving organizational growth and excellence. He is proficient in synthesizing complex information and articulating findings to support strategic initiatives. Raghav is also an adept leader with strong proficiency in MS Office tools, enhancing his capability to manage and lead effectively.

ANISHA GUPTA

Anisha Gupta is an experienced accountant holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting and a CMA certification. Skilled in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage and Microsoft Excel.She is an enthusiastic and dedicated learner with a strong work ethic, ambition and high motivation.She has proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments while also thriving independently. Eager to embrace new challenges and contribute my skills and knowledge to the success of chapter. Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring and volunteering young accountants to improve their financial literacy.

PARVEEN KUMAR

Parveen Kumar is a seasoned finance professional with over 8 years of experience in investment banking. He is currently working as a Senior Manager in Debt Syndication at Resurgent India Limited. Parveen holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and is currently pursuing CMA and CFA (US).

His core skills include Cash Flow Management, Credit Analysis, Financial Modelling, CMA Data Analysis, Deal Structuring, Risk Assessment, Due Diligence, Treasury Management, Ratio Analysis, and Valuation.

With extensive experience in debt syndication, credit analysis, and relationship management, Parveen is dedicated to leveraging his expertise in structuring and negotiating debt transactions, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.

SANJAY KUMAR GARG

Sanjay Kumar Garg is a Commerce Graduate from Kurukshetra University, India. He is FCMA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India, practicing since 2000 in Delhi. In addition, he is also member of the Institute of Public Accountants and the Institute of Financial Accountants, Australia. He is also a CMA from IMA, USA, and the member of The Institute of Internal Auditor and the Institute of Valuer, India. Sanjay Kumar Garg has 22+ years of professional experience in the Various fields, i.e. Cost Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Service Tax, GST, Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Excise Certification and Training Program for Government departments like Income Tax, Central Excise, Service Tax, Value Added Tax, etc.

Sanjay Kumar Garg has been appointed as Director At Large. Sanjay has been an instrumental member in revival of Delhi chapter in 2017 to its current status, supporting to the other key founding members.

SHIVANGI GUJRAL

Shivangi Gujral is a dedicated accounting professional with over 5.5 years of experience in accounting operations. A Delhi Public School alumna and Commerce graduate, she is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has qualified at the Intermediate level from ICWAI.

She has developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial processes. Her journey has honed analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. She thrives in collaborative environments and brings adaptability and enthusiasm to every challenge.

Beyond work, Shivangi is deeply interested in artificial intelligence, chess, communication, theology, and astronomy. She believes in hard work, continuous learning, and is an avid reader and listener, always seeking to expand her knowledge of the world.
